A bit about me
I’m Kath Lewis, a strategist, mentor, and creative force with a passion for building vibrant communities and empowering bold thinkers.
From my early days as a scrappy startup founder to my years in corporate leadership, I’ve always been drawn to the fire of adventurous spirits, those who dare to break with the norm and do things their own way.
Over the years, I’ve launched businesses, led blue-chip companies through transformation, gained an MBA and mentored the next generation of leaders, while living across multiple countries with my family. Along the way I've learnt a thing or two about reinvention, resilience, and building from the ground up.
I believe that life is meant to be lived with intention and grit. Celebrating the highs, learning from the lows, and moving forward with purpose. This journey has shaped my core values of freedom, growth, creativity, and love, the compass that guides me in life and business.
Today, as personal coach, consultant and entrepreneur, I’m building opportunities that enable others to rise with integrity, focussed on their goals - personal or business. I believe in the power of connection and creative expression to help turn big ideas into bold realities.
