I like to think of life’s toughest challenges as the big boss fights in video games, the ones you have to face at the end of each level. You get depleted at first, until you figure out the right moves.
Once you crack the code, you level up.
If you’re onto big things, see your battles as preparation for the next level and approach each one with the curiosity and grit you need to level up.
If you need a hand to stay in the game as you go, get a coach. If you need help finding the cheat codes, get a mentor.
