Are we a match?

I am hopelessly attracted to adventurous spirits, those who break with the norm, the entrepreneurs, the avant-garde.

I also love zebras. Did you know that each Zebra pattern is unique and a group of Zebra is called a dazzle? I like to think of myself as unique but part of a dazzle. I dislike like being told I can only do things one way but love the group dynamic - lots of us upto fun and expansive stuff together!

My deep rooted values are freedom, growth, creativity and love and without realising it, I've been following these all my life. I now follow my values intentionally, and this shift has changed the game.

I became a coach and mentor for other adventurous types because I think we are onto something. People with a fire in their belly or an entrepreneurial spirit who have stuff to do in their own unique way (even if they have no idea how) are who I believe the world needs more of. Playing a role in nurturing you wonderful people to do big things is something I want to be telling my grandkids about.

Over the years I've build startups, consulted blue chip companies and worked in senior leadership for global organisations whilst living in multiple countries with my hubby and teenage kids. I know a thing or two about adventure, uprooting, starting again, reinvention, falling in love, staying in love, caring for others who need me and nurturing relationships and businesses through some VERY difficult times.

I’ve lived through heart stopping sadness and happiness and I've learnt how to celebrate and grieve, whilst moving forward.

I haven't gone from zero to hero and I don't spend (all) my days on a yacht sipping champagne, nor have I ever desired to. My life is privileged, full, happy and unwritten, with people who love me and I love, and I am very proud to say that I've earned it.

The most exciting thing I've figured out is that a life well lived is available to all of us. We just have to claim it, with love for those who don't want to come with us as we grow.

My experiences

My early obstinance led me on an interesting journey of building the parachute on the way out of the plane, multiple times. From exploring life overseas, to returning to the UK to build a marcoms consultancy from nothing that went on to serve the B2B market for 18 years and helped multiple local and global organisations grow exponentially. I co-founded a wine tap bar in a shipping container with my hubby that generated more happiness, income and jobs in 6 months than made sense. We raised two amazing boys and decided to take them on our next adventure, which involved flipping life on its head again to move back overseas together. I worked as a senior leader for a global organisation whilst my hubby created a lasting change in the education sector. A move that has been, and continues to, be of benefit hundred of kids all over the world.

My life is full, privileged and and wonderful, and none of it was written or planned.

My own personal development and qualifications

My journey was not easy, I didn't get here because I'm brave or courageous, or because I know my purpose and slavishly pursued it at any cost That's a story for onlookers. I'm here because I'm passionate, kind and onto big things, and I followed my gut.

It took me until age 47 to discover that I could have done things differently in hindsight. Not that it matters because I'm here now and I genuinely believe life happens for you and it couldn't have been any other way for me, but oh how I wish I'd known then what I know now.

The awareness I gained through my MBA in leadership and management with York St John University led me to ICF coach training with Empower World and multiple additional certificates in social psychology and NLP. Plus hundreds of hours and hours of reflection, reading, listening and learning from some of the best in the industry.

I now share the stuff I've experienced and learned with people like you, so you don't fall down the holes I did. I want you get to where you're going a lot quicker than I did, with less bumps and scapes, because the faster you get it, the more you can do with it.
